Busy leaders and stakeholders need information at their fingertips and a human touch to translate options into action. I’ve found success guiding these critical conversations through the judicious use of decks and microsites.
Sometimes the only way to know is to try. I’m adept at developing storyboards and prototypes that bring adult learning theory to life for digital, ILT, and blended modalities.
Solid instructional design isn’t enough to keep your learners engaged. Your training needs human-centric writing that speaks to learners on their level. It has to function so seamlessly they don’t even notice. And it has to look good, too.
I offer highly adaptable writing skills, a keen visual eye, mastery-level expertise in Articulate 360 development, and a working understanding of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
End-to-end development requires an almost alchemic mix of organizational, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills. Whether I’m a mighty team of one or leading a superteam of stakeholders, designers, and developers, I’m able to consistently win trust and build confidence through expectation-setting, timely communication, and clear documentation.
Execution is just as critical as the initial planning. I care for every aspect of delivery, including scheduling pilots, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), designing train-the-trainer sessions, and crafting learner communications.
As my work makes its way to learners, I track completions, review user surveys, and pore over performance data. I’m driven to know: Did the meter move? What was the ROI?
And then I do it all over again – even better.
